Directions:
- First, work the small comb-wand up from the roots of the lashes in a de-tangling, zig-zag motion upwards towards the tips, to uplift and lengthen vertically.
- Second, for a more “cat-eye” shape and maximum effect, work the outer third of the lashes outwards towards the temples with a gentle zig-zag motion to curl, uplift and lengthen laterally.
