"The ALGENIST Hydrating Essence Toner immediately refreshes and balances the skin. Alguronic Acid combines with Witch Hazel and Chamomile to gently tone and soothe the skin. Skin appears revitalised, brightened, and softened.

Directions:Use the ALGENIST Hydrating Essence Toner daily after cleansing, before applying moisturiser. Using a cotton ball, gently cover entire face, neck, and décolleté. Use only as directed.
