在美亞購物售后問題很多,大體上會遇到的有美亞丟貨,發錯貨,發錯顏色,發錯款式、尺碼,甚至你投訴網站宣傳詞與實物不符(如網站產地寫意大利,但收到的貨是土耳其貨)等,或者下單時候沒有注意商品不能航空寄往國內,下單以后發現價格降了想找點說法,再或者是在不想要了等問題,他們的處理方案通常有兩個:
1、發起退貨流程,申請退貨;
2、貨收著,可以補償,補償一般有:
a.給你打個八折,把差價退還你信用卡(發錯顏色、產地標注有誤導嫌疑等);
b.不要你退貨了,全額退款(質量問題等嚴重問題);
c.重發一次正確的尺碼、正確的顏色(尺碼發錯)。

這里先說說美亞官方的退換貨原則如下:

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 包裝完好,由Amazon官網負責售出的產品可以30天之內無條件退貨(第三方需要和賣方協商,但是amazon可以幫你搞定)。Amazon只對自身原因造成的退貨進行免單,其余情況下均要支付退貨運費,所以這里的退貨僅針對達到轉運公司還未轉運,出現后悔情況的補救,如果產品已經國內簽收需要退貨,在完全是單方面原因的情況下需要考慮好退貨的成本。
接著回來說第三方退貨怎么辦?
因為美亞第三方退貨只有退貨條形碼,沒有物流的退貨標簽。就是下邊圖片里的美亞自營退貨的標簽,第三方只有小標簽提供,這就意味著需要轉運公司使用小標簽然后去當地的郵局親自退貨到第三方去。是的,你們沒看錯,要求自己親自去郵局退!不能上門服務,郵費大部分轉運公司會墊付,這點就需要大家選擇一個靠譜的轉運公司,不然退票很麻煩。尤其是要去郵局親自退的話,有的轉運公司退票手續是50元人民幣一票的。
當然第三方的退貨一般運費需要我們自己解決,我們也可以事后找美亞客服聊一下,興許可以得到購物券補償,不過大家慎用,畢竟海淘的路還長,別給堵死了。
