之前推出的 Groupon高朋商城出售的iPhone 6 Plus 因為供貨商的問題，導致無法發貨，而退款也遲遲不到，參考了買買買們的意見，并學習了《通過BBB美國商業促進會獲得的維權：海淘成功退款經歷》的經驗，就走上了維權退款的道路，在此把海淘維權經驗分享出來給更多人知悉。

　　寫你的姓名，我填和轉運地址一樣的，

　　兩個打馬賽克的紅框里寫自己的聯系EMAIL，一定要寫!用來收情況郵件。

　　投訴的問題類型，我選的是發貨問題，產品延遲發貨。

　　具體投訴內容，我貼我的出來，給大家參考：

　　I bought the iphone 6 plus on the groupon，at Apr 06, 2015 at 02:56 PM

　　Order.1000-你的訂單號

　　The merchant has not shipped the item for 11 days after I purchased.

　　During the 11 days, I try to contact the groupon support(support@groupon.com),

　　and they told me that this Groupon Goods item is sold by a 3rd party merchant(alcsoares@live.com),

　　In this case, if you want any further information, you should contact the 3rd party seller themselves.

　　But I have contact 3rd party seller for about thousand times and I just got no reply!

　　Notwithstanding all that, the groupon's solution was contacting the merchant which is impossible because the merchant didn't reply my email at all.

　　這里選擇你期待怎樣，是退款，還是發貨，我選擇退款，內容寫退款或給個發貨時間;

　　下面一眼就看出來了，是選你的年齡，性別，人種，收入，學歷，越往后越高(級)。

　　選好之后，Submit.

　　完成。——列出你這個投訴案的具體各項內容，可以自己復制保存一下。之后投訴被接受了的話，你前面填的郵箱就會收到信。可以隨時關注一下進度。

　　這是比較可行的一個方法，如果有收到權益侵害的買買買們可以參考此方法，不僅適用于本次高朋商城的維權，在海淘的路上都不妨給自己多累計一些經驗，如果不幸有需要用上，那么這就是維權比較有效的途徑。
