只能通過給6PM發(fā)郵件的方式來取消訂單。只有沒有發(fā)貨，都可以

取消訂單。

情況一：訂單還沒有發(fā)出來，可以cancel order，因?yàn)?pm網(wǎng)站沒有取消按鈕，只能通過打電話或者郵件：

發(fā)郵件郵箱地址 cs@6pm.com，或者在線聯(lián)系www.6pm.com/contact-us，在線聯(lián)系步驟：

下面以取消“183957356"訂單為例，介紹取消訂單的方法。

1. 在“Order"中看到要取消的訂單，記下該訂單號(hào)。并確認(rèn)狀態(tài)是“Received”。單擊“Email to 6PM...”鏈接。如下圖。

2. 按下圖輸入。在“Comments”中輸入要求，也就是要取消的訂單號(hào)，請(qǐng)粘貼下面句子，并把"XXXXXX"改為你的訂單號(hào)：

My orders to buy the wrong, XXXXXX is the order number, need to cancel the order, thank you.

3. 單擊提交按鈕。稍后，在狀態(tài)中就能看到狀態(tài)改為下圖所示。表示6PM已經(jīng)接受。

同時(shí)，會(huì)收到6PM發(fā)來的一封郵件：

Thank you for your email! Please do not reply to this message, as this is an automated response. We will respond as soon as we can!

上面的意思是說，在訂單時(shí)收到的銀行扣款短信只是一個(gè)授權(quán)，并沒有真正扣錢，但是銀行的信用額度會(huì)降低。2-10個(gè)工作日后，會(huì)釋放這個(gè)授權(quán)。

情況二：訂單已經(jīng)寄出來了。

由于海淘都是找的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司，所以你需要具體聯(lián)系你的收獲轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司是否支持拒收快遞，不過目前大部分轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)貌似都沒有這項(xiàng)服務(wù)，都是先接受，在退貨，這個(gè)先問問轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司客服吧，他們都有詳細(xì)的步驟，如果是先簽收在退貨。

一般這時(shí)候就別退貨了，來回運(yùn)費(fèi)不低的，不值當(dāng)。
