每天在忙著為大家找白菜,忽然收到招行的短信提醒說我消費(fèi)了3900日元的外幣,心里一陣驚悚,難道是被盜刷啦?不過就3900日元不是很多,被盜刷的可能性很小啊,難道是日亞的prime會(huì)員扣費(fèi)?所以趕快查看,登陸日本亞馬遜的賬戶,現(xiàn)在日本亞馬遜可以直接英文版的,而且現(xiàn)在英文版本很徹底,對(duì)于沒有日語基礎(chǔ)的小編來說,果斷選擇英文版本的頁面,點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入賬戶中心,點(diǎn)擊prime設(shè)置:

小編發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的prime會(huì)員有效期到2020年10月20日,剛剛繳費(fèi),確定是這點(diǎn)原因以后,小編決定取消,并且之前看網(wǎng)友說過可以追回這3900日元的費(fèi)用,所以果斷找客服去解決,看我如下操作:
下拉到日亞的網(wǎng)頁底部,找到Contact Us

繼續(xù)點(diǎn)擊Contact Us按鈕

按照下圖的選項(xiàng)一步步勾選完畢后就可以進(jìn)入和客服聊天了:
